Report an issue with the GlobalProtect VPN solution, or request help installing or using the VPN to access campus specific resources.
Faculty and staff can request basic campus solutions access from the UND Registrar's webpage.
Faculty and Staff can discuss with Tech Support recommendations for new computers, software or peripherals for purchase, or start a dialogue around designing or using classroom and other Audio/Video room technology including Digital Signage.
Report issues with university supported software and applications or request installation or configuration assistance.
Submit approval for events, browse the UND Zoom Event Hub, or request an online only Self-Service Zoom Webinar or get help with the platforms and equipment for a successful and engaging virtual, in-person or hybrid event with a UIT Managed Zoom Webinar.
Get help logging into Campus Connection, Blackboard, Microsoft (Office) 365 email, HRMS, UND Wireless Network, and almost all the other systems used at UND.
Submit an exemption from standard IT security, Email or IT Asset Management policy.
Faculty and staff, get assistance with printing including the campus-wide uniFLOW cloud solution. Request uniFLOW training, printer consumables, or a new department printer or copier.
Report a Telecommunications issue or request additional services from the Unified Communications Team including mobile (cellular) device and service plan management.
Faculty and Staff can use this service to request shared drive access for new employees, remove access for departing employees, or make changes to access for existing employees with manager/supervisor approval.
Report an issue with Microsoft (Office) 365 Applications, get help with OneDrive, or request creation of a TEAMs site for storage and collaboration.
Get help with online tools used to facilitate online meetings and classroom experiences.
Report an issue with digital signs, submit advertisements for display on the campus feed for UND digital signs or request content manager access/orientation for updating department and building digital signage content.
Get help accessing Chester Fritz Library's resources, such as articles, journals, or databases, or get assistance with library systems that provide access to local and remote information in support of teaching, learning, and research.
Report an issue with Vevox polling, Q&A, Quizzes or request training on the Vevox platform.
Information on products and services used in creating video-based presentations like PowerPoint, VoiceThread and YuJa.
Request research accounts or request help within research computing environments.
Report a technology issue in a classroom or other rooms with Audio/Video technology or request assistance using computers and devices in these rooms.
Request a change to your UND username (also known as IDM, dotted identifier, NDUS.identifier, user.name and first.last) to reflect your preferred or legal name. Last name changes with the Registrar's Office for students or HR for faculty/staff must show in Campus Connection before submission to IT.
