Request a change to your UND username, also known as: IDM, dotted identifier, NDUS.identifier, user.name and first.last to reflect your preferred or legal name.  

Last name (surname) changes must be made directly through HR or the Registrar, and must accompany legal documentation of the change. Please contact HR or the Registrar for more information on last name changes.
