Most systems you will log in to at UND will use your user.name and the password you set when you first claimed your account with your EMPLID. Your user.name might also be referred to as NDUS.identifier, dotted identifier, first.last, or simply username. All user.names will be formatted with a (.) period between what is usually the user's first and last name. Sometimes it might be a first initial (dot) last name. For common names, there may be a number after the last name, like sam.johnson2, or sam.johnson.2
