Equipment Checkout Request

 

UIT provides Faculty, Staff and Students at UND with checkout equipment.  All loans are subject to availability. Equipment available for checkout includes:

  • Windows laptops 
  • Chromebooks
  • iPad Minis
  • MiFi/Personal wireless hotspots, 
  • Digital Projectors
  • Portable Projector Screens
  • Chromebook Bundles (Travel case of 10 Chromebooks)

 

Equipment Checkout Procedure

  •  Visit the UIT Service Desk located on the lower level of the Chester Fritz Library, or submit the Equipment Checkout ticket request on the right no more than 10 days prior to needing/picking up the equipment. For more information on UIT office location and hours please go to: UND.edu/UIT/hours
  • Both in-person requests and ticket requests will be reviewed and authorized by UIT service desk staff.
  • Equipment will be checked out immediately at the service desk, or you will receive equipment pick up instructions via email as part of the request ticket.
