Report Issues with a Software or Application
Use this service offering to report errors, failures or other existing functions that are not working as intended for university supported software and applications.
Submit a Software or Application Install Request
University issued devices typically come preloaded with the following: Microsoft Office applications (including OneDrive, Teams and Outlook), Chrome, Firefox, Zoom, and Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software and more is also available for staff and faculty to self-install using the Software Center on Windows and Mac devices using these steps: Install Apps from the Software Center. Software or applications requiring individual purchase or licensing should be requested through the respective department's software coordinator. A separate ticket will be automatically generated for IT to contact and assist the intended user in installing and configuring this type of software once the procurement process has been completed.
