Aviation Systems Support

The Desktop Support area provides a wide range of hardware/software support for faculty, staff, and students. Staff are available to provide assistance over the phone and on-site. Some of the services provided by this area include:
Recommendations for new computer purchases
New computer setup and software installation for UND equipment*
Diagnosis and repair of issues with UND hardware* and peripherals (printers, scanners, etc.) - limited support is available for consumer-grade hardware
Faculty/Staff email setup and support
Apple Authorized Service Provider
Limited PC warranty repair
Virus protection and removal
Support for mobile devices
* UND hardware and equipment must have an inventory tag
