The Quick-Ticket Submission option creates a general ticket to UND Tech Support. It is intended for fast ticket submission and any issues not found under Service categories.


Get help logging into Campus Connection, Blackboard, Microsoft (Office) 365 email, HRMS, UND Wireless Network, and almost all the other systems used at UND.


Report an issue with UND provided computers and devices for Faculty, Staff and Student Employees, lab computers and devices, request re-imaging of existing computers for use within the department, or register connected appliances and devices on the UND network.

Faculty and staff, get assistance with printing including the campus-wide uniFLOW cloud solution. Request uniFLOW training, printer consumables, or a new department printer or copier.


UIT provides Faculty, Staff and Students with check out equipment, such as Windows laptops, Chromebooks, MIFI/Personal wireless hotspots, projectors/screens and more.


Report a technology issue in a classroom or other rooms with Audio/Video technology or request assistance using computers and devices in these rooms.

Blackboard Ultra is a new, modern, and easy-to-use interface of Blackboard. Instructor's may use these instructions to convert their Spring 2025 or Summer 2025 course to Ultra. A request may also be submitted to convert a course to Ultra, or to receive an under-development or “sandbox” Blackboard site to begin developing in the Ultra Course Experience.
