Add, Remove or Change Account Access Request

 

Faculty and Staff can use this service to request system access for new employees, remove access for departing employees, or make changes to access for existing employees with manager/supervisor approval. 

 

Request Account Add, Remove or Change

Network Shared Drive/s (S:\, R:\, etc. for departments that have not moved to Microsoft TEAMS)

Other Mapped Network Drive/s, specific folders or Interdepartmental Shares (IDS)

FoodPro (Dining Services Only)

VPN (for Virtual Private Network access other than the GlobalProtect VPN available to all faculty, staff and students)

Campus Email: Does not need to be requested.  Automatically created and accessible once an employee’s HR on-boarding has been completed, and they have claimed their NDUS user.name account

Personal Drive: New employees should use Microsoft OneDrive for personal storage space and can access it via their campus email.
