Students can report issues in campus computer labs, or request repair assistance with their personal computers and devices.

For assistance with logging in, UND Email and Microsoft 365 applications, connecting to the internet/Wi-Fi, please use the specific services below:

 

Report an Issue in a Computer Lab

Use this service offering to report errors, failures or other existing functions for machines in campus computer labs that are not working as intended.

 

Submit a Computer or Device Repair Request

Use this service offering to request assistance with student personal computers and devices including:

  • Recommendations for new computer purchases
  • Apple Authorized Services
  • Limited PC warranty repair
  • Limited out of warranty repair
  • Virus protection and removal
  • Support for mobile phones

 

Before bringing your computer or device to Tech Support for servicing make sure to:

 

  • Back up your important files and folders using cloud storage such as OneDrive, iCloud, or Google Drive
  • Back up your website and browser bookmarks
  • For Apple devices, please disable the "Find My Device" service
  • For Windows devices, please disable encryption such as BitLocker
