Report an Issue with UND Provided Computers and Devices
Faculty, Staff and Student Employees can use this service offering to report errors, failures or other existing functions that are not working as intended for UND provided computers, peripherals and other devices.
Report an Issue in a Computer Lab
Use this service offering to report errors, failures or other existing functions for machines in campus computer labs that are not working as intended.
Submit a Computer Re-Image Request
Faculty, Staff and Student Employees can use this service offering to request that an existing UND issued computer be re-imaged/refreshed for use by another employee within a department.
Submit a Wi-FI Device Registration Request
Faculty, Staff and Student Employees can use this service offering to request registration on the UND Open network for devices and connected appliances that are not capable of the normal login process.
