Request a change to your UND username (also known as IDM, dotted identifier, NDUS.identifier, user.name and first.last) to reflect your preferred or legal name. Last name changes with the Registrar's Office for students or HR for faculty/staff must show in Campus Connection before submission to IT.


Report an issue with UND provided computers and devices for Faculty, Staff and Student Employees, lab computers and devices, request re-imaging of existing computers for use within the department, or register connected appliances and devices on the UND network.


Students can report issues with the uPrint system and print kiosks or request a refund for jobs that did not print.


Faculty and Staff can discuss with Tech Support recommendations for new computers, software or peripherals for purchase, or start a dialogue around designing or using classroom and other Audio/Video room technology including Digital Signage.


Report an issue with Microsoft (Office) 365 Applications, get help with OneDrive, or request creation of a TEAMs site for storage and collaboration.


Report an issue with the GlobalProtect VPN solution, or request help installing or using the VPN to access campus specific resources.


Get information on UND-licensed solutions for online tutoring and training such as Infobase and Brainfuse.


Report an issue with UND Email, request a department email addresses, or get assistance with membership changes, distribution lists, groups, calendars, room resources and GCC High tenant accounts.


Report an issue with Vevox polling, Q&A, Quizzes or request training on the Vevox platform.


Report a Telecommunications issue or request additional services from the Unified Communications Team including mobile (cellular) device and service plan management.


Faculty and staff, get assistance with printing including the campus-wide uniFLOW cloud solution. Request uniFLOW training, printer consumables, or a new department printer or copier.


Report issues with UND network connections, submit a network device registration request or request assistance connecting to the UND network for internet and Wi-Fi access.


Get help and information about purchasing software not covered in the UND Software Store.


Report an issue with the WASP (AssetCloud) inventory software, request access or get assistance using the system to track inventory.

University of North Dakota faculty and staff computer purchases must use the University’s designated supplier(s) and conform to a set of University-specified models, and must adhere to the general procurement and technology policies and guidelines of the University.
