Get help with online tools used to facilitate online meetings and classroom experiences. Users can also use this request form to obtain a Zoom webinar license for an event.

If you are requesting a Zoom webinar license for an event that lasts longer than one day, please use the Additional Details field to outline the days required. Please note that the license is only available for a one week lease per request.

Get help with services to support Starfish, a tool available to advisors, instructors, and staff to support students.

UND offers mobile devices or reimbursement of personal mobile device use for work purposes with appropriate authorization.


Faculty and Staff can discuss with Tech Support recommendations for new computers, software or peripherals for purchase, get advice on how to initiate a formal project that includes technology or start a dialogue around designing or using classroom and other Audio/Video room technology including Digital Signage.


UND staff members can request new web applications or change requests for current web applications.


Report an issue with UND Email, request a department email addresses, or get assistance with membership changes, distribution lists, groups, calendars and room resources.


Report a technology issue in a classroom or other rooms with Audio/Video technology or request assistance using computers and devices in these rooms.

Users that intend to record their Zoom sessions to Zoom cloud storage will need to request it here each semester.

Note: Users only need to submit a request once per semester, regardless of how many courses they intend to use Zoom with.
