Starfish is a tool that provides an efficient way to quickly offer coordinated support to all students ensuring they receive the right type of assistance/intervention to keep them on track.

 

Report an Issue with Starfish

Submit a Support Ticket for general troubleshooting issues such as not being able to sign in, a feature not working, etc.

 

Request Starfish Training 

You may request Starfish training for your departments, presentations to students or the creation of department-specific features (ex. ToDos, Kudos, Flags, Referrals, Appointment Types, etc.).

Starfish error "Online appointments are not available"
If you are trying to schedule an appointment with your adviser through Starfish and receive an error: "Online appointments are not available" then that indicates your adviser is not using the Starfish system. 

In this instance, please email or call your adviser.
Starfish notifications
As advisors, Starfish currently sends you an immediate notification email when one of your students receives 3-5 flags, 6+ flags, or an Early Alert No Show flag in a course. You will now also be receiving a daily summary/digest email with the specifics of any course flags raised the previous day for all of your students. (This will make it easier to note the details about flags without logging into Starfish.)
