Accessing YuJa

YuJa is a video platform that allows users to host video content and record video lectures that can be used as part of curriculum deployment.

Faculty and staff should log in to Yuja through a Blackboard site first to create your YuJa account so that your account is created with appropriate permissions and storage.

Inside Any Blackboard Site

  • From the course menu (video demonstration)
    • Add a Tool Link in your course menu and select UND YuJa
    • Click on the Tool link to pass you through to YuJa
  • From within a content area (video demonstration)
    • Go into any Content Area in the course
    • Select Build Content>Create Item
    • In the Text Box Editor, select the drop down next to Mashups and choose the YuJa Media Chooser option

Outside of the Blackboard System

  • Go to https://und.yuja.com/ and click the Login button in the upper right corner of the page.
  • Sign in with your NDUS.identifier (example – jane.doe).
