To make a course/organization unavailable for certain users, use the following steps:

1. Under the Control Panel, select Users and Groups.

2. Select Users.
3. Click on the drop down arrow (Chevron icon) to the right of the Username.
4. Select Change User"s Availability in Course.

      5.   Select Yes or No to make the course/organization available/unavailable to that user only.
