Additional Assignment FAQs

Uploaded an incorrect file or forgot to add something to an assignment?

  • If the assignment allows for multiple attempts, students can resubmit with the correct files and information.

  • If the assignment only allows one attempt, students must contact the instructor to allow additional attempts or delete the attempt that was submitted. Support teams will not be able to assist without explicit direction from the instructor.

File Missing from an Assignment Submission?

  • File uploads must fully process before the assignment can be submitted. Failing to wait for the upload and conversion process to complete may prevent the file from uploading to an assignment.

  • Ensure that files are uploaded by selecting all files to be uploaded at one time or wait for the "Conversion in Progress" message box close out before uploading another document and/or submitting the assignment.
