Log In To Your UND Email Online

 

Info! This service is only offered to current UND students, faculty, and staff. Your account is not permanent! Student access is retained for 18 months post graduation or withdrawal, then the account is queued for erasure. Faculty and staff access is revoked immediately upon the end of employment with UND.

log into this system with user.name@ndus.edu

  1. Visit UND.edu, and click on the Logins dropdown in the top menu, then select Email. Or go directly to outlook.office.com. Logins menu at UND.edu
  2. Sign in with your user.name@ndus.edu. You will receive an error if you try to enter your user.name@und.edu. All members of the North Dakota University System use @ndus.edu to get into the inbox associated with their specific institution. This inbox will receive email sent to both your @ndus.edu and @und.edu addresses.Microsoft Outlook Sign In page
  3. On the North Dakota University System page, provide the password you created when you claimed your NDUS account. It will be the same password used for Campus Connection and Blackboard.NDUS Portal Log In

  5. Your inbox, messages, and other folders will load.Outlook inbox
Tip! By default, Outlook tries to determine which emails are most relevant and puts them in a "Focused Inbox". This can filter out some messages you may want to see. It's recommended you switch to the traditional inbox. Select the gear  icon in the top right of your Outlook page, then select Mail > Layout, and under the Focused Inbox section, verify "Don't sort my messages" is selected.Outlook online email layout settings page
