Start by following the directions below. Visit our chat portal to fill out and submit the form. On the following screen, a download should automatically begin. If the download doesn't begin, click the link in step 1 on that page. Depending on which web browser you're using, the download indication will look different. The file you need to open should be in your default Downloads folder in your Windows File Explorer, or Mac Finder applications. For Windows PCs, the file name will begin with "Bomgar", and on Macs, the file name will be "Open to Start Support Session". Launch the downloaded file and approve any permissions it requests. You will then be entered into a first-come first-serve queue and the next available live agent will assist you as soon as possible. When you've completed the chat and closed all remaining chat windows, the application will quit running and not be able to start again.
