Change my Email or phone number in HRMS Employee Self-Service

  1.  Log in to HRMS Employee Self Service at: https://adminsys.ndus.edu/psp/hehp/?cmd=login&errorPg=ckreq&languageCd=ENG.

    1. You may need to authenticate with Duo MFA to proceed.

  2. Click on the Personal Details tile.

  1. Now, on the left navigation, select Contact Details.

Add an email or phone

  1. Click the + icon. 
  • Please note that you are required to have at least one email address listed. 
  • You must have a campus email set to your Office 365 account

Click the + icon.

  1. In the pop up window, select the type and enter your new email addess or phone number.
  • Check the Preferred box if you would like this option to be your default.

  1. Select Save.

Remove an email or phone

  1. On the Contact Details page, find the address or number you wish to remove and click the arrow to the right.

  1. In the pop up window, you can alter the field, or click Delete.

  1. When you are done making changes, click Save.
