Chrome

Firefox
See Firefox directions on clearing cache and cookies in Firefox. You may need to restart your browser after clearing your cache.
Safari (Mac)
Click on Safari in the menu bar. You may have one of several options that may appear in this menu.
- Select Preferences and click on Privacy. Click the Remove All Website Data button and choose Remove Now. You may need to restart your browser after clearing your cache.
- Select Reset Safari. Select Remove All Website Data and click Reset. You may need to restart your browser after clearing your cache.
- If you have an older version of Safari, you may instead have the option to select Empty the Cache and Remove all cookies and then click Reset.
Safari (Windows)
Click on the gear icon on the far right side of the screen. You may have one of several options that may appear in this menu.
- Select Reset Safari. Select Remove All Website Date and click Reset. You may need to restart your browser after clearing your cache.
- Select Preferences and click on Privacy. Click the Remove All Website Data button and choose Remove Now. You may need to restart your browser after clearing your cache.
