With Zoom you have the flexibility to create virtual classrooms and invite students to join from their desktop computers, laptops, tablets, and smart phones. Students can also share content from their devices such as PowerPoint presentations, and YouTube videos. Zoom is available to all faculty, staff, and students for academic purposes.

Submit a Zoom Cloud Storage Request
Use this service offering to request Zoom Cloud Storage for synchronous online courses. Zoom sessions are able to be recorded to the local machine (computer/device of the host) or to the Zoom Cloud Storage service. To utilize the cloud storage option, submit this request once per person, so that it can be activated on your account.
Please Note: Only one Cloud Storage Request, per person, is required regardless of the number of courses using Zoom.
Submit a Zoom Health License Request (HIPAA Compliant)
Use this service offering to request a Zoom Health License be applied to your UND Zoom account to enforce advanced security settings to ensure that any Zoom sessions that the license holder creates and hosts will meet or exceed HIPAA security guidelines. Any user who schedules meetings on your behalf will also be required to have the Zoom Health License in order for the scheduling function to continue to operate as normal.
