Submit a Zoom Health License Request (HIPAA Compliant)

Use this service offering to request a Zoom Health License be applied to your UND Zoom account to enforce advanced security settings to ensure that any Zoom sessions that the license holder creates and hosts will meet or exceed HIPAA security guidelines. Any user who schedules meetings on your behalf will also be required to have the Zoom Health License in order for the scheduling function to continue to operate as normal.

Security Features Enabled Encrypted Chat Features
  •  The setting Require Encryption for 3rd Party Endpoints (H323/SIP) will be enabled.
  • Text messages will be encrypted.
  • Cloud Recording will be disabled.
  • Offline messages will only be available after all parties initiate a key exchange.
  • Remove device/user information in logging and reporting.
  • Disable screen capture.
  • Encrypted Chat will be enabled.
  • Disable sending images.
