Info! Some services require you to sign in with your NDUS account username and password. Guests, proctors, preceptors, potential students, parents of students, university affiliates, and alumni without a NDUS account can still Search for Answers, Submit Help Requests, and browse the Service Catalog but may have reduced functionality.

To receive full services, UND students, faculty, and staff should Sign In to the IT Service Portal with your NDUS account username and password.
Simply type what you are looking for into the search bar to view all the services and knowledge articles containing your search term. As our Knowledge Base continues to grow, more search results will become available.
Click the Chat with Us button to connect with UND Tech Support in a live chat. Our chat uses your browser as a messaging system and if needed, lets us start a screen share to better troubleshoot and assist with your issues. This feature is only available during UND Tech Support Hours.
- From the IT Service Portal homepage, you can click Submit a Help Request and then Request Service.
Or, click Request Service from within any service located in the Service Catalog.

Fill out the form fields to the best of your ability. *Some fields are required.

Complete the Verification Code and click the Request button.

You will receive a confirmation message with options to continue.

You will also receive an email confirmation of your Request.
Reply to a Help Request
Email
You can comment or reply to your Help Request by clicking one of the links found at the bottom on the Help Request email or by just replying to the email.
IT Service Portal
- Sign In to the IT Service Portal with your NDUS account username and password.
- From the top navigation, select Services and then Ticket Requests.
- You will see a list of all of your IT Service Help Requests. Click the Title view more details, comment, add attachments, etc.
