Recording Calls

 

Recording Calls through Avaya Cloud Office

While on an active call:

Click on More

Click on Record – you will see that the call is being recorded:

Both parties will hear the following message: “This call is being recorded.  If you do not wish to be recorded, please disconnect at this time.”
If you wish to stop recording the call, click on More and Click on Stop recording

Both parties will hear the following message: “This call has been recorded.”

To access the recordings:

Open Avaya Cloud Office > Click on the phone icon > click on Recordings:

From here, there are options to: Download, Phone, Message, and More (Delete or Block number)

  • Download: download the recording
  • Phone: call the phone number
  • Message: message the number
  • More – Delete: delete recording
  • More – Block number: block phone number
