1. Update network driver
This process should fix connectivity issues.
- Search for and open Device Manager.

- Scroll down to Network Adapters and expand it. Look for the device you are trying to update. You will want the Wifi Adapter for wireless or the Ethernet Adapter for wired.

- Note your device names will be different depending on your device and manufacturer. Take note of your manufacturer.
- Double click your device and select the Driver tab. Note the driver date and version. If its not dated for at lease in 2022 you will need to update it.

- Now browse to your manufacturer site. Most of them will work if you go to support.<manufacturer>.com.
- On the manufacturer's site, search for your driver by searching the model number from the device name in Device Manager.
- Look for the driver pack for your device. There may be many options. Read the descriptions to make sure you are getting the driver and not just the software pack.
- Select the installer for your computer, 32 bit vs 64 bit.
- Download the driver and install it.
- Once its installed, check your driver version again (Step 3). If the date changed or the driver version went up, you have successfully updated your driver.

- Test your Internet connection now. If you still have issues, contact UND Tech Support at 701.777.2222.
