How to find the MAC address on your PC

The following instructions are a how to guide on finding your MAC address to assist in finding your device through our systems

Windows

1. Click the Start Menu (Windows key) on the bottom of the screen
2. Type: "CMD" and press enter to open the Command Prompt
3. Type: ipconfig /all (Ensure to keep the space between the g and / ) and press enter

**Note** The MAC address is listed as 12 characters separated by hyphens (-). EX: A1-B2-C3-D4-E5-G6

MacOS

1. Click the Apple logo on the top left
2. Click on System Settings
3. Click Wi-Fi, then Scroll down to Advanced and click
