Tech Support Request

The Quick-Ticket Submission option creates a general ticket to UND Tech Support. It is intended for any issues not found under Service categories. 

If you have forgotten or do not know your username/password or need assistance logging into Campus Connection, Blackboard, Office 365 email, HRMS, UND Wireless Network, and almost all the other systems used at UND please use this service:  Account and Password Assistance

If you are a guest to campus, you have a username that starts with a "t", you are an exam proctor please use this service or try the Service-Menu Ticket Submission to select the service by category to ensure quick and efficient routing to the support team best suited to address your issue.
