Request a Hardware Authentication Token
Eligible staff, faculty and students who cannot utilize one or more of the preferred Multi-Factor authentication (DUO) methods can request a hardware token for use as an additional authentication method for DUO.

Situations in which a hardware token would be necessary include:
- Restricted areas where mobile phones are not allowed and landline phones are unavailable.
- Remote or isolated areas with no cellular service, Wi-Fi reception and landline phones are unavailable.
- You do not own or have access to a mobile/cell phone, tablet or landline phone number for authentication.
- Other situations where preferred authorization methods cannot be used will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
