Aviation Information Management System (AIMS)

AIMS is the computerized record keeping system used by the Aerospace program. The unique information management requirements of the UND pilot training program necessitated the development of this specialized software.

This software was developed by UND Aerospace Computer Services staff in coordination with other departments. It's development is ongoing and changes are made as necessary. AIMS provides a mechanism for students, instructors, and staff to access and share information relating to the pilot training program.

 AIMS software helps manage:

  • Student Flight Records and Schedules
  • Instructor Certifications and Schedules
  • Aircraft Maintenance Histories and Schedules

AIMS complies with FAA regulations and directives.
