Below is a list of conference rooms standards developed for the different needs of University of North Dakota. Conference rooms standards were developed in order to  provide robust support and equipment spares for all available conference rooms.  

Basic Room - Wall Mount

Smart Conference Room with Hybrid (optional Polycom)

  • Bring your own device or Mac/PC installed computer for web conferencing
  • Flat Panel Display or Projection System
  • Camera for Web Conferencing
  • Audio System
  • Wireless & Room Microphones installed for web and audio conferencing
  • Built-in Telephone Audio Conference System
  • Blu-ray/DVD Player
  • Wired Connections from conference room table
    • HDMI (Basic Adapters Included)
    • Audio Connections
  • Wireless Display from Mac/PC or Mobile Devices
  • Wireless Touch Screen Remote Control
  • Optional: Polycom Video Conference System to connect to ND State Video Network or other Polycom end-points.

For HFAC Room 152: PC needs to be selected on the AV receiver inside of the wall mounted equipment rack in order for you to be able to display your computer to the TV. The TV's input should be set to HDMI 2.
