Students are allowed 3 to 9 months to complete their self-paced enroll anytime coursework.
If you need more time, you may apply for a one-time 3-month extension prior to your 9-month completion date.
Only one extension is allowed. Your 3-month extension will start from your original completion date, so you should purchase an extension prior to your end date.
The letter "I" for incomplete will be permanently noted on your transcript. Upon completion of the course, the final grade and the "I" will appear on your transcript (e.g. "AI" or "BI"). The incomplete notation does not impact your GPA or the ability to transfer your course.
If you do not withdraw, get an extension, or complete the course within 9 months, a failing grade will be permanently recorded on your transcript. You can find more information about how to purchase an extension at the following link:
