How to Use AutoPick and Find a Time in Outlook

 

The AutoPick feature (Classic Outlook) and Find a Time option (New Outlook) help you find and select the next available time for your meeting attendees, making it easier to schedule meetings with multiple participants. This article explains how to use those features.

Classic Outlook

Create a new meeting and add attendees, then click Scheduling Assistant.

Click AutoPick​

Click Required People or choose another option.

The next available time slot for all attendees will be chosen automatically.

Return to the Meeting tab to review or click Send directly from Scheduling Assistant.

New Outlook

Create a new meeting and add attendees, Scheduling Assistant is available, but AutoPick has changed.

A time can be manually selected using the left side to see if all attendees show as available.

Click Find a Time from the Event tab to see the next available time slots automatically.

Choose a time-slot and click send.
