Call Handling (Adding a User)

Call handling is one of Avaya Cloud Office functionality that will allow you to manage your phone calls.  From the web portal https://login.cloudoffice.avaya.com/.

log into this system with user.name@ndus.edu

You will find it under Settings then Call Handling.

Adding a Co-Worker

To add a coworker:

  1. Click Add number or coworker
  2. Select Coworker.

  1. A pop-up window will appear. Using the search field, type the name then click the search icon.
  2. Select the name by using the radio button
  3. Click save.

NOTE: Additional pop up window may appear if there are multiple devices are assigned to the user. Select one and click Select.

NOTE: You can change the ring order (see previous notes regarding ring all at one vs ring in order)
