Get a Zoom Meeting Attendance Report

  1. First log into your UND Zoom account at und.zoom.us.
  2. Select Account Management and then Reports from the ADMIN section on the left side of the page.
  3. Next, select Usage from the type of reports.

  1. Search for the meeting that you want an attendance report for, by selecting the appropriate date range and clicking on the Search button. 
  2. Click on the meeting's Participants link.

  1. This will open a window listing the meeting’s participants, their email addresses, and their join/leave times.

  1. This list can be exported as a .CSV file, which can be opened with spreadsheet programs such as Microsoft Excel or Apple Numbers.
