What is Vevox?
Engage your participants in real time.
Vevox is an easy-to-use, no-cost platform available to faculty, staff, and students. It supports live polling, self-paced surveys (though not intended to replace the advanced features of Qualtrics) and quizzes, and live Q & A sessions to boost engagement. Vevox also offers a data analytics dashboard that allows users to review response metrics. Participants can access Vevox from a computer or mobile device without installing an application.
Create a Vevox Account
Presentation hosts will need to create a Vevox Account.
- Navigate to the Vevox login page
- Select “Login with SSO.”
- Login with your NDUS identifier (firstname.lastname).
Participants do not need to create an account. When Vevox is used through Blackboard's integration, students can participate using their Blackboard identity. Depending on the Vevox activity and scoring settings selected by the instructor, results can also be synchronized with Blackboard's Gradebook.

To get started with Vevox, please see the Getting Started in Vevox video for an overview of basic features and use. Note: This video contains references to account creation and upgrading — these steps are not relevant for UND users with our campus license.
Vevox updated its interface in June 2026. In the Vevox dashboard, the former Polls area is now called Presentation and the former Surveys area is now called Self-paced. Some older Vevox tutorials may still use the previous terminology.
