What is Vevox?
Engage your participants in real time.
Vevox is an easy-to-use, no-cost platform available to faculty, staff, and students. It supports the creation and deployment of polls and simple surveys (though not intended to replace the advanced features of Qualtrics) as well as live Q&A sessions to boost engagement. Vevox also offers a data analytics dashboard that allows users to review response metrics. You can access Vevox on both computers and mobile devices with no download installation required.
Create a Vevox Account
Presentation hosts will need to create a Vevox Account.
- Navigate to the Vevox login page
- Select “Login with SSO.”
- Login with your NDUS identifier (firstname.lastname).
Participants do not need to create an account. Sessions using the Blackboard integration will automatically pass student Blackboard credentials through the integration for grade pass through.

What's New in Vevox - June 2026
As part of this release, you’ll notice a refreshed user experience across both the Vevox dashboard and the PowerPoint add-in, including some changes to the workflow when creating and delivering your sessions. We wanted to get in touch and share some additional guidance as you recently used our PowerPoint add-in.
What’s changing in the PowerPoint add-in?
Based on customer feedback we have created a more optimised experience within the PowerPoint add-in to make things clearer and better connected. Here’s a few of the improvements we’ve made:
- Improvements to processing speed
- View poll slide shortcut
- Leaderboards now available via add content
- Resetting your responses no longer duplicates your polls in the Vevox dashboard
- Automatically re-connecting to the Vevox session you last used with a specific presentation
- Polls in your Vevox session are matched to your polls in your PowerPoint
