All currently enrolled UND students are eligible for free diagnosis, repair, and upgrades of laptops, desktops, and some mobile devices. UIT also provides warranty service for Dell and Apple computers by certified technicians. Cost of parts not covered by warranty are the responsibility of the student. Time and labor are free. Apple warranty holders are encouraged to review their contracts or inquire at UIT about any applicable fees associated with warranty repair work.
