VoiceThread will be updated to the new format with new features on May 13, 2024. If you would like to update your VoiceThread prior to this date, follow the steps below:
1. Visit https://und.voicethread.com
2. Click Sign In in the upper right corner of the screen.
3. Click on the Sign In button in the middle of the page. Note that it says “Your Current Institution is University of North Dakota” and “Your current sign-in method is ADFS.” If these are not set automatically you can select your institution by clicking on the “Select a different institution” at the bottom of the screen. You can also change your sign-in method by clicking on the pencil icon.
4. Once you click Sign In you should be prompted to enter your NDUS username and password. This is the same username and password you use to log into Blackboard. Enter your login credentials and select Sign In.
5. In the upper right corner of the screen you should see either your profile photo or initials with an arrow next to it. Click on the arrow to expand the menu and select “Display Preferences” from the dropdown list.
6. Select the radio button next to “Use New VoiceThread” and then click save.
