Avaya Cloud Office : How to create a Call Queue

Create a Call Queue group in the Avaya Cloud Office system

 

  1.  As a system Administrator, navigate to https://service.cloudoffice.avaya.com/
  2. Log into your account by entering your email address or user assigned phone number, followed by your password​​​​​
  3. .On the Admin Portal, go to Phone System Groups > Call Queues

  1. Click +New Call Queue, the Add Call Queue dialogue opens

  1.  In the Add Call Queue Details section, click the drop-down list below Site, then select a site.
  2.  Enter the desired Group Name and Extension Number.
  3. To copy an existing Call Queue group's settings, click Select Call Queue, select an extension to copy, then click Done.
  4. .Click Next to save and move to the Select Managers page
  5. Enter the required PIN, noting the Required Criterior displayed as the PIN is entered
  6.  Select the Manager[s] from the displayed list and select the required Permission for each Manager (s) selected

One manager

  1. Choose Use Manager's Email
  2.  Enter the email address of the user to be designated as the manager, then click Next. This user must also have the Use email to log in option enabled in their Extension settings.

Multiple managers

  1. Choose Select Managers From User List
  2.  Enter a PIN, then re-enter it on the fields provided for confirmation. This is used to retrieve voicemails from a phone​​​​​​​
  3.  Select up to 15 call queue managers, then specify their permissions:
  •  Full Access - allows call queue managers to change everything
  • Members Only - allows call queue managers to read everything, and modify the call queue members

  1. Click Next to save and move to the Select Members page.
  2.  Select the required Members from the displayed list
  3.  Click Done to save the new Call Queue settings. The new Call Queue is created
