Queue Management (Managing Call Queue Members)

 

Add call queue members

  1. Go to the Admin Portal and sign in.

  2. Go to Phone System > Groups > Call Queues
  3. Click the call queue group you want members added to.

  4. Click Call Handling & Members
  5. In the Work Hours tab, click the Add Member button next to Primary Members

        6.Check the boxes next to the users you want to add to the call queue, then click Done

        7.  Click Save

 

View call queue members

You can view call queue members either from the Call Queues menu or in user extension details.

In the Call Queue

  1. Go to the Admin Portal and sign in.

  2. Go to Phone System > Groups > Call Queues.
  3. Click the call queue group you want members added to.

  4. Click Call Handling & Members

       5. Click the Work Hours tab, then scroll down to Primary Members

      You’ll see the list of users currently included in the call queue.

 

In User Details

  1. Go to the Admin Portal and sign in.

  2. Click Users in the main navigation.
  3. Go to User List > Users with Extensions
  4. Click on a user in the list.

  5. Click the Group Memberships dropdown, then click the Call queues tab.

You’ll see a list of call queues the user is currently part of.

To change their membership type in a call queue, click the three-dot More icon to the right of the member name, then click Edit.

 

In the popup window, select the type of membership to give the user, then click Save. If you don’t check a box next to any of the roles, the user will be removed from the call queue.

 

Remove call queue members

  1. Go to the Admin Portal and sign in.
  2. Go to Phone System > Groups > Call Queues
  3. Click the call queue group you want members added to.
  4. Click Call Handling & Members
  5. In the Work Hours tab, click Delete to the right of the member you want to remove from the call queue.
