As UND has transitioned to a new voice communication system some changes have occurred. At this time users no longer have the ability to self reset passwords for voicemail.
In order to reset a voicemail PIN, a request will need to be submitted HERE.
Please make sure to state either the six digit PIN to be used or if a random 6 digit PIN can be used. Below is the PIN Criteria:
• Only Digits
• No Sequential (ex. 1234, 7890)
• No Repeating (ex. 222, 050505)
• No Account Information (ex. Extension number, phone number)
• Length should be 6-10 digits
