Call Handling (Change Phone Ring Order)

Call handling is one of Avaya Cloud Office functionality that will allow you to manage your phone calls.  From the web portal https://login.cloudoffice.avaya.com/.log into this system with user.name@ndus.edu

You will find it under Settings then Call Handling.

Change Phone Ring Order

 

If you have a physical phone assigned to you, when you click on Call Handling menu, you will find two phones assigned to you: the physical phone and the softphone. From here you can change the order of ring for incoming calls.

Under incoming calls drop down, you can choose to ring in order or ring all at once.

Ring all at once will show the order to be 1

Ring in order allows you to change the order of ring.

When you hover over to any of the line, the  icon will allow you to change the order by moving the line up or down.

  • Adding mobile number

To add your mobile number:

  1. Click Add number or coworker
  2. Select Number

  1. Enter a name to label the phone number added.
  2. Add the number. NOTE: You can change the ring order (see previous notes regarding ring all at one vs ring in order)
  3. Click Save.
