uniFLOW - Scanning to Email

 

uniFLOW allows users to scan documents across campus and have files automatically delivered to their email.

  1. From the main screen of the copier, use your ID card to login, or choose AD Login and enter your credentials manually.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)

  2. At the Cost Center Selection screen, choose the appropriate source. If it doesn't automatically go on to the next screen, select Login. Then select Scan at the top center of the screen.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)

  3. Select Scan to Myself, and load your document into the feeder, or onto the glass for scanning. Review the settings onscreen to ensure they're to your preference, then tap Start. A preview of the scanned document will appear, and once you're satisfied with the results, tap the Next button to send the document to your email.   4. Select Scan to scan additional documents, or Logout when you're finished using the copier.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
