Windows
- If you are working remotely on a UND-owned machine, you will first need to connect to the UND Campus VPN: GlobalProtect VPN
- To make sure your system is secure and up to date, we ask that you connect to the campus VPN at least once a week. Connecting to the campus VPN will configure your device to receive updates directly from Microsoft.
- Search for Check for Windows updates or navigate to the Start button, and then go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update.
If you receive any errors or incomplete updates, please contact UND Tech Support.
Mac
MacOS has already been configured to update directly from Apple. Please verify your Mac is up to date as soon as possible.
