Steps to find your EMPLID. Used to claim your account and set a password.

Check Your Email

  1. Check your email for a message from the NDUS Help Desk (NDUS.HelpDesk@NDUS.edu). It may be in the Junk or Spam folder.

  2. One of the messages asked you to Claim your account, this message includes your EMPLID.

    • The other message has the Subject  ND University System Account Information which provides information on how to obtain your EMPLID.

Check Campus Connection

  1. If you still cannot access your EMPLID go to Campus Connection.

  2. Click Guest Page.

  1. Next, click Help Center.

Next, click Help Center.

  1. On the left side of the page, click Find my EMPLID.

  2. Enter your information, then click Submit. Note: your "National ID" is your US Social Security number, or equivalent for your country.

Enter your information, then click Submit.
