- During business hours, staff is available at our service desk in the lower level of the Chester Fritz Library for walk-in assistance.
- Diagnosis and repair of PC and Apple software and hardware issues. Services performed by in-house Dell and Apple certified technicians.
- Replacement or upgrade parts costs are the responsibility of the student.
- No cost for time or labor.
- Checkout laptops available in 30-day increments.
- An extensive Knowledge Base containing up-to-date info pertinent to the technology needs of UND students, faculty, and staff.
- Available for online support chat, and even screen-sharing sessions to help resolve issues remotely.
- Students can call us directly at 701.777.2222, 24/7.
- For non urgent matters, students can submit a service ticket to request help.
