Adobe Acrobat Pro

Summary

All current UND faculty and staff members have access to Adobe Acrobat Pro as part of the university’s Adobe licensing agreement. Acrobat Pro allows users to view, create, edit, sign, and manage PDF documents.


Who Has Access

  • All active UND faculty and staff

  • Access is based on employment status and is managed through Single Sign-On (SSO)


What’s Included

With Adobe Acrobat Pro, you can:

  • Create and edit PDFs

  • Combine multiple files into a single PDF

  • Convert PDFs to Word, Excel, or PowerPoint

  • Fill out and sign forms

  • Apply password protection and permissions

  • Comment and annotate PDFs


How to Access Adobe Acrobat Pro

  1. Visit the Adobe login page: https://www.adobe.com

  2. Click Sign In (top right).

  3. Enter your UND email address and select Company or School Account.

  4. Log in using your UND SSO credentials.

  5. Select the University of North Dakota 

  6. Once signed in, select Acrobat from your list of available apps..


Installing Acrobat on Your Computer

Windows Device

  • UIT will automatically push the installation to your UND computer. 

Mac Devices

  • UIT will make the installation available in the Jamf Software Center.

Troubleshooting Access

  • If you cannot access Acrobat, confirm your UND employment status and try logging in again.
