If you've heard about Microsoft 365 Copilot and are curious to know if you can use it, there are a few places you can look.
From a Windows PC, open any of the Microsoft 365 desktop apps, such as Word, PowerPoint, or Excel.
- Click the File menu from the top left of a document window, then select Account from the bottom of the menu.
- Under Product Information, you should see a row of icons. If you see the rainbow-colored Copilot logo, you have a full license.

- You can verify by going back to a document window, with the Home tab selected, you should see the Copilot button. Note: you may need to expand your document window fully to see the button.

From a Mac, open any of the Microsoft 365 desktop apps, such as Word, PowerPoint, or Excel. The line that reads "License..." will say "Copilot for Microsoft 365". The Copilot button will be at the far-right end of the Home toolbar tab in MS 365 productivity apps, and at the top of the list of chats in MS Teams.
