As of June 1st, 2024, the Student File share or "uDrive" - a familiar resource for many students - has been officially decommissioned. This means that the Student Drive service is no longer accessible, and any files or data stored there are no longer available through the usual channels.
Retrieving Your Data
Don’t worry; if you had important files stored on the Student Drive, there’s still hope! You can follow these steps to retrieve your data:
1. Submit a uDrive Data Retrieval Request:
- Visit the IT Client Portal to request retrieval here: uDrive Data Retrieval Request
- Log in using your university credentials. (Same username and password used for Blackboard and Campus Connection.)
- Fill out the necessary details, including the specific files or folders you need and your EMPLID.
- Our support team will process your request and provide instructions on how to access your data.
2. Please Be Patient:
- We understand that losing access to your files can be frustrating. Rest assured, our team is working diligently to assist you.
- Please allow up to 3 business days for us to retrieve your data. In some cases, it may take longer due to the volume of requests.
