Check for network issues

Visit https://status.ndus.edu to see if there are any major outages that may explain the issue printing.

The Print Station Kiosk is ... out of paper, out of order, etc.

Please use one of the other available Kiosks.  Black and white print jobs will be available at any Black and White Print Release Station.  Color print jobs will be available at any Color Print Release Station.  Please submit a Help Request for UND Tech Support to fix the issue.

Retrieve print jobs without U Card

When I swipe my U Card, I do not see my print job

Are you using a UND Computer?
  1. Did you login to the computer with your username and password? Your login is the only way to protect your print job.  Please logout and log back in with your username and password.

  2. Are you using your U Card?  

Your print job is secured with your username and password and only your U Card will be able to release the job.  If you ran out of print credits, please check the section on adding additional print credit.  If you do not have your U Card, check below on how to release print jobs without your U Card.

  1. How long ago did you send your print job?  

Print jobs are held for 2 hours, if not picked up in that time they will be deleted.

  1. Contact UND Tech Support.

We may be experiencing a technical issue.

 Are you using a personal computer?
  1. Did you login to webprint.und.edu with your username and password? 

Your login is the only way to protect your print job.  Please logout and log back in with your username and password

  1. Does your job say "Held in Queue" after you submitted your web print job?  

Please wait until you see the status message of Held in Queue before attempting to release your print job.

  1. How long ago did you send your print job?

Contact UND Tech Support. Explain the reason for your request and a representative will review your case and may grant you a refund on a case-by-case basis.
