Call Handling (Deleting a Phone Number)

Call handling is one of Avaya Cloud Office functionality that will allow you to manage your phone calls.  From the web portal https://login.cloudoffice.avaya.com/.

log into this system with user.name@ndus.edu

You will find it under Settings then Call Handling.

Deleting a Phone Number

To delete the number added (phone number or coworker number)

  1. Check the line item to be deleted
  2. Click Delete
  3. Click Save
